Happy new year!

I know what you're thinking--it's been a while since I've posted anything. I can explain and promise to do better in 2012 and beyond.

This past March I was attending a Pittsburgh Coaches Association meeting when I learned about the Professional Coaching Certification Program offered at Duquesne University. Before I knew it I was registered, accepted and attending class in Pittsburgh. The whole experience was life changing and I hope to share some of what I learned in future posts.
